Common questions

I have rental income — what does that change?

Rental income needs its own statement (T776), so there's an additional fee — quoted before we start, listed on our pricing page. We'll also make sure you claim the expenses most people miss: interest, property tax, repairs, utilities.

When will I get my refund?

E-filed returns with direct deposit are typically processed by the CRA within about two weeks. We file electronically and confirm once it's accepted.

I haven't filed for a few years. Is that a problem?

It's more common than you think, and fixable. We catch up multiple years at once, and benefits like GST/HST credits are often waiting for you once you file.
